Q: Does this kills the green flies?

kills any fly attracted by light

Q: Can large moths get through the mesh?

I think moths could go thru. Once they fold their wings in, they can get pretty 'flat' and get thru a grid. My Bugzilla has zapped flies, mosquitoes, gnats and 1 small moth. If a moth is the size of a butterfly (like a Monarch), I think that would be too large to get thru the grid.

Q: Can this be used outdoors?

It can't get any water/rain on it.

Q: What voltage required in wall socket? 110v only? Or 220v is ok too?

The US version is 110v, European version is 220v, they are NOT interchangeable
