Cadbury Heroes Advent Calendar Chocolate 230 g

Cadbury Chocolate is one of the better flavored chocolates available for the money. This Cadbury Advent Calendar was excellent at providing several tasty chocolate treats for 24 days before the holiday. Each day provides a small chocolate candy with a good variety of samples. We did find that there seemed to be a few samples that were repeated more than others, apparently for cost savings, as the more expensive samples appeared less, and the cheaper samples appeared more often in the calendar. This is a fun treat for anyone who likes chocolate and wants 24 small samples to open on a daily basis.

These are the best chocolates ever

This advent calendar was purchased on the 1st of November 2024. It was a gift for my mother’s birthday which is on Nov. 28th, just in time for the start of December. The first day she opened door #1 she got an old, crusty, deformed, low quality chocolate disappointment. Subsequent days have also proved to be completely inedible. Today, Dec. 4th, I opened every single one just to confirm that this was a waste of money. It sure was. Each chocolate is old and disgusting, even though they are it expired! I wouldn’t wish this advent calendar on my worst enemy. Unfortunately, I can not return or request a refund because it’s past the window to do so - which makes no sense because one can’t use the advent calendar correctly until the first of Dec. Will never buy this product from this seller again. Highly DO NOT recommend.

So difficult to find these in the US loved having a variety box

Unfortunately, my box was swarmed by ants the day I opened it and set it down, so I had to remove all of the candy and put it into a plastic bag. All but one type of candy comes in sealed plastic wrapping and could be saved, which was a definite positive. I also noticed when I was frantically removing the candy from the box trying to get rid of the ants that for some reason day 13 of the calendar had nothing in it, which was a little bit strange and I assume was just a small defect. If anyone is wondering, there are not the same number of every candy and I don't think that it follows a pattern. But aside from missing a piece of candy, the box arrived intact and everything tastes amazing.

I almost canceled the order because it was said to be delivered a week into December. It can super early in November, to my surprise! It was in perfect condition, had a great assortment of candy and all were delicious! Definitely would purchase again!

The candy’s were a bit old. Fun just to do but won’t buy again!

I don't know if I got lucky but there were only two dinky deckers, which in my case is good bc that is the only candy that IS NOT gluten free. So if you are gluten sensitive, and need to avoid gluten due to gut issues, you will be safe eating all of the candies BUT the Dinky Deckers which have been confirmed by Cadbury are manufactured separately and thus are either made with gluten, or come into contact with gluten. So Celiac's enjoy! Just cross your fingers for few Dinky Deckers! lol

AlthougAdvent calendar is excellent but it is very overpriced . They are available for £5 from my local corner shop. Most supermarkets are between £4 and £5 . Very disappointed i thought it would be different from the others but no it is the same.

I thought they are a bit small for the money. I buy them for my adult children who still insist on this Christmas tradition! I am convinced that last years ones were bigger, which wouldn't surprise me. It is a bit of a pain buying these online, when if I had seen them in a supermarket I probably wouldn't have bought them. The chocolates inside will still go down well, and they are far too old for them anyway!
