More stable than all of my ex-partners
I'm a new homeowner & this was my dream ladder. I held off on buying it because I've been spending money on other necessities. I ended up buying a regular ladder on sale at a local store to clean my gutters. When I got home, I opened it up and climbed it to make sure it had the height I needed. It seemed suitable, but I was not very comfortable with its sway as I moved up and down the ladder. Months later, I saw this was on sale, and I had money on hand to finally get it. I was so excited to unbox it and try it out. And WOW what a difference! This ladder was so stable as I ascended it, I started pulling the leaves & twigs out of my gutters (finally). It didn't sway at all as I pivoted to get all the debris within my reach. This is probably the first ladder that I've EVER felt comfortable on. I was so inspired by my initial test that I cleaned the gutters around my garage AND the section of the gutters around my house in the backyard. The only thing preventing me from finishing the front was that the sun was setting. Even though I had to place the ladder on a section of rocks, and it was leaning, I was pleasantly surprised that ascending and working on the ladder was no problem at all. It stayed put, and I didn't feel nervous at any point. I never would have been able to use the regular ladder I had on the uneven surface by my garage door, but with the Lanbitou ladder, it was a piece of cake. I even propped up the ladder against the tree in my yard to make sure I would be okay ascending it to cut any branches. Again, I felt perfectly stable. This is one of the best purchases I've made, and I actually look forward to using it to finish my gutter cleaning job!

This is a good ladder
The ladder is great, I needed a taller ladder but also needed it to be compact, this is for working on my RV roof and the stabilizer bars at the top and bottom make it so it can rest on the side of the RV without leaving marks

Good Quality Ladder
This is a very good ladder that is very solidly built. It is also very stable due to the extra feet that are on both bottoms of the ladder. It has been stable both as an A frame ladder and also extended. Need better packaging on shipping as it was dented twice. But the ladder itself is quality.

Like it BUT Be smart & use caution!
I am a woman who knows her way around a garage. I figured with the large base this would be a sturdy ladder. With any ladder be SMART! I’m not saying that this was the ladder, but I was shocked when I was standing on the top and had a good firm hold between only a couple of inches that it didn’t reach to my attic and it wobbled and gave away. I fell 10 feet to a concrete floor. I still like the ladder, but do not let the wide base be deceitful as a stronghold. I am still shocked that it gave way. Yes- don’t stand on the top, but again, my body was sturdy & so I thought the ladder on a smooth surface below was perfectly fine. Perhaps on carpet or grass this might not have happened & if the ladder were heavier, but purchased it because it’s light weight & its functionality. I’m 5’10” 150 lbs, 56 years old & luckily agile - but still hit my head on the concrete floor. This is more of a PSA - use common sense & be safe on all ladders! (ER run, just a concussion I would say a combo of user error & not knowing the sturdiness of this ladder.).

No need to be skeptical!
This ladder feels incredible well made. I was skeptical buying a ladder online.. I wanted to feel it and touch it, however I don't have the means of transporting a ladder from Home Depot at the moment, so I thought I would give it a shot. The day I received it, I used it to do a bunch of long overdue errands around the house and was able to adjust to my heigh requirements as needed seamlessly. I'm very satisfied with this product because: 1. Light weight, but heavy enough to feel secured 2. Multiple extendable options to get just the right height 3. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS! Understand how the locking mechanisms work before using. Once you understand them, it's straight forward. 4. Great product for a home with less storage options

Arrived looking used, broke after a couple uses, and now feels unsafe
First of all, it arrived with dust and fingerprints on it, so it honestly looked like they sent me a used or returned item. I needed it urgently, so I ignored it at the time, which I regret now. After only a couple of uses, one of the locks got stuck and now the ladder does not close properly. That alone is ridiculous for a folding ladder. But on top of that, some parts already feel loose, and the whole thing does not feel safe anymore. A ladder is literally the last product where you want cheap locks, loose parts, or questionable build quality. Now I’m stuck with this huge metal disaster taking up space because it will not fold correctly, and returning it is basically impossible since it will not fit back into any box. So not only is the product bad, the failure makes the return process a nightmare too. For the price, this is unacceptable. It came looking used, started failing almost immediately, and now feels unsafe to use. Save yourself the headache and buy a reputable fiberglass ladder from a real brand instead. This went from “ladder” to “oversized liability” in record time.

A little less terrified of heights
I am terrified of heights. Actually, that's not true. I'm terrified of falling from heights. I've been on other ladders before and got that cold shivery feeling as the ladder starts to wobble. I get that sinking feeling in my stomach as it begins to sway. I'm clinging for dear life, nevermind why I got on the ladder in the first place. With this ladder, I was able to get the job done. The wide base provides a solid sturdy base. If you have to open it up and extend it to full height, it has a good anchor for the top and the bottom. When I was 17 feet off the ground, this thing didn't budge or wobble. I felt sturdy and stable. I was able to put up curtains on windows in short order without any real thought of falling. I love that this ladder collapses down small enough to fit in my hatchback. It's portable, sturdy, and worth every penny. If you're in the market for a sturdy ladder, this is the one you want!
