From what I have read, that means you need a lot more Type II collagen than you would with undenatured collagen. Also, it may have an "undesirable" taste with the undenatured, meaning that it tastes like what it is, not like ice cream. Well, I for one want the real thing. This one has added chicken soup flavor to hide the real taste but it is chicken bone broth, for goodness sake. But chocolate? I ate my chocolate Easter bunny's ears ... but really. As in the Gunther Grass poem, just give be a bone to gnaw on.
