The media could not be loaded.  They are beautiful and look so real, I love that you can control them with the remote on and off, or just turn the candle on or the light, and the price was perfect will buy again...

This is a review of the remote controlled candles I recently received. Packaging was right and we received them quickly (like most things on Amazon). However, after putting batteries in all of them (you're going to need 10 AA batteries) and turning them on (they looked AMAZING!), I tried using the remote to control them but it wasn't working (yes I pulled the tab). I even bought a new battery to give that a shot but that didn't work either. I reached out to the company and they sent us a replacement set of candles. The replacement worked perfectly! The way they flicker when turned on is quite clever and they look real from a short distance away. I highly recommend this set and kudos to the seller for making it right. Thanks!

Purchased two of the B#5 glass pillar candles. Purchased as-is to save several dollar and didn't receive the remote even though it listed them in LIKE NEW condition. Since there were batteries already in candles assum they had been used when needed then returned with out the remote. I contacted company to see if I could purchase a remote as main reason I purchased them was for the timer feature which requires a remote. They were of no help at all but luckily I have a remote from other companies candles that works sufficiently. If the price hadn't been so good I woud have returned but actually LOVE the candles. I have them in bedroom and master bath and actually had to turn some off as rooms were so well lit up. Definatelly recommend the candles,just didn't get the customer service I would have liked.

(see video)* Not made of plastic, wax on the outside which gives them a rather realistic look.* Tested out all units and they work perfectly right out of the box with no issuesTo the negative:* I was surprised they didn't come with batteries. They take 2 each so if you buy be prepared to buy 18 AA batteries. Luckily the LEDs are pretty gentle on the power consumption side

These stunning candles out rival Luminara in my opinion, for a quarter of the cost! The remote is an added bonus and can turn all 5 on and off even if they are in different areas of the room, as long as they are in the same vicinity. I ordered 2 sets and am thinking about ordering another and then more for Christmas gifts! I had a tiny issue with one of the battery covers not staying in, but I was able to figure out a way to keep it on instead of contacting the seller. Do not hesitate to get these lovely, realistic candles. The glow is beautiful!!!! I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Showed them to a friend and he ordered a set too.....and he was a Luminara snob.

These are absolutely gorgeous. I initially set them on our mantel, and they looked great there. But we have a 20 ft ceiling in our living room with a double stack of windows up to the top. I've always wanted to put candles up on those second-level window sills, but didn't feel that real candles would be safe. Plus, who wants to get a ladder out every time you light (or blow out) a candle? These are the perfect solution. They look so beautiful up there in the evenings. I've had them on at least ten times for several hours at night, and they are still going strong.The first night I got them, my daughter-in-law and grandkids came to see us. I kept waiting for someone to notice they weren't real, but after an hour of waiting, I couldn't take it and I had to tell them they were fake. They didn't believe me until they picked them up. That's pretty realistic!

So first let me say these are amazing, way better than I expected. I bought suction holders and placed them in my windows. Each candle can be turned on and off independently. But the best feature is the timer, you set each candle once and it repeats every night. So I set each candle to stay on for 4 hours the first night at around 7pm. The following night the candles came on at 7pm and stayed on for 4 hours. I was actually thinking I would have to set each candle, every night, so I was pleasantly surprised when after setting it once and it went on every night. The only downside was the candle holders that came with the candle, they aren’t very nice. They are made of plastic and are very cheap looking. But since I am using for my windows, I won’t need the holders.

I have always been a purist when it comes to candles and have never been a fan of the "fake" and flameless candles... until now! We purchased some of these for some large outdoor lanterns that we have under our covered porch. These have changed my mind and I will always have these types of candles now. Using a remote control to turn them on and off is ridiculously easy. I don't have the mess of having to use matches now or the mess of melted candle wax. The flickering option also gives me enough of a "real" candle look that I don't mind not having real flames either. Have to say this is much safer than real candles, as well. Our puppy knocked over a lantern that was sitting on the porch floor and candles fell out of the broken glass onto the rug and there was not danger of a fire. If you have children or pets, this is a great option for you! Much safer than open flames.

The battery cover and on/off switch are a little flimsy and plasticky, but as long as you are gentle, it should be fine.

Very life-like flickering, safe and easy to use. Lots of batteries needed (2 AA for each candle) but worth it for peace of mind.Edited after 2 months: candles now flash on and off like it’s a disco, not the gentle natural flickering they started with. I’ve replaced all of the batteries and it hasn’t helped. Can’t use them anymore because they’re so distracting and annoying. Do not purchase.

I am really unhappy by these candles. When I first received them I loved them, but within a week, 4 stopped working and should be thrown out. Let me explain the problem with these four: they flash and flash and flash when they like it and then they stop flashing when they like it. Their flashing is so irritating. They are not candles, they are like firecrackers and who wants to watch firecrackers? I worried they might be exploding and causing a fire. I could not turn them off using the remote and I had to remove the batteries from them.I want to return them, but I am not sure how to do this at this moment with being stuck at home with the restrictions due to the corona virus.I am really unhappy. I should have listened to some of the reviews, but I was hoping that the reviews would be wrong.

These are really lovely for the price, I'm actually surprised by how good they look and I should point out the great customer service, the first set I ordered had a faulty remote control, I contacted rhem and was given a code for a replacement, low and behold a complete set arrived with working remote. I fully recommend these candles and the company selling them..

I'm very fussy with what I perceive to be nice looking 'fake' candles and didn't want anything too cheesy or yellow looking. I ordered multiple sizes of these and they are absolutely brilliant. I am so impressed. The remote lets you choose between candle and light mode - so they flicker or don't and you can also adjust the brightness via the remote. I haven't tried the timers yet but am not sure I even care about those functions to be honest! The colour is very realistic and not too yellow at all - in my opinion they are just right. The wick on each candle gently sways about. Super happy with these!
