I’ve been very happy with this Vitamin D3 + K2 supplement. The capsules are easy to take, and I haven’t experienced any noticeable side effects. The combination of D3 and K2 is convenient, and the product feels like a good addition to my daily routine. Overall, I’m very pleased with the quality and would definitely consider purchasing it again.

Exactly as described. I will be buying again when they finish. I do think they are worth the money. I haven’t identified any side effects. It’s the largest tablet I take. Thats not to say it’s big, it’s smaller than a 5p. Sometimes I feel it when I swallow, but it doesn’t bother me. Zero taste. Dosage is good for a woman (I’m generalising) but always check with your doctor/pharmacist. I can’t 100% give credit to these tablets for this however I have new hair growth. My hairline had been receding a little, enough for me to take action. I’ve been trying a few things to resolve the issue and something or a culmination of what I’m doing has begun to show positive effects. Speak to a doctor/pharmacist before taking it but I would recommend to anyone who has been advised my a professional to take this particular brand.

These were recommended to me by my dentist following an extraction (for bone density). I'm taking them dutifully but want to mention that they're not suitable for vegetarians - beef gelatine is a listed ingredient.

This is a great supplement bought to raise my D3 levels as they are usually low. It worked and has moved my level to the optimum range. Obviously I can't say whether the K2 is working as that is much more of a long term effect, but there's been plenty of research to make me feel confident. The addition of the extra virgin olive oil is great as that has it's own benefit for heart health whilst the oil helps the absorbtion of the D3. Yes ut's not the cheapest D3 supplement but personally I feel the quality makes the cost worthwhile.

Top quality supplement supplied. I have repeat purchased these vitamins, both D3 and K2 are essential for good healthy bone formation and are, in my opinion, best taken within an oil rather than powdered in a capsule. Small easy to take capsules. Totally recommend, especially if like me, you have an osteoporosis diagnosis.

These are a quality supplement. A bit more expensive, but you get what you pay for, as the saying goes. I won't buy any other brand.

Meine Tochter und ich nehmen diese Vitamin D3 + K2 Kapseln jetzt schon seit einer Weile und sind sehr zufrieden. Die Kapseln haben eine ideale Dosis (2000 IE D3 + 100 µg K2) und dank des enthaltenen Olivenöls lassen sie sich super aufnehmen. Sie sind klein, geschmacksneutral und sehr leicht zu schlucken. Ein tolles Produkt in bester Qualität – wir werden sie auf jeden Fall wieder kaufen!
