Very Versatile for Many Foods
So far I am very pleased with this steamer for the price! Having 3 separate bins makes it very easy to cook multiple things and combine them together. Over the last 2 weeks I've had the steamer I've eaten different combinations of rice, fish, and veggies for half of my meals. It works really well for eggs as well, and I've also done some of those pre-cooked sausages and frozen shrimp. There are two complaints I have about the steamer, but neither warrant dropping a star. The first is that they don't include cooking times, so you need to use Google and experiment a little to find the perfect timing for each type of food. It also makes a difference if the food is on the top or bottom container, so I'd cook stuff on the bottom first, then add some extra time if put it in one of the top two containers. I'll share some cooking times I've found below. My second minor complaint is that the slots to add water on the side are rather small and hard to pour in while there's a container on top. I had to use a funnel, but considering it was just water it's not like it needed cleaned or anything afterwards. Overall this is a great way to cook some of those leftover veggies in the fridge and eat a bit more lean!Cook Times:Potatoes - Still experimenting with these to get a perfect "baked" potato texture, but it's looking like around 35 minutesCorn - 20 minutes worked wellGreen Beans - Mine turned out soggy at 15 minutes, so likely only 5-10 to get a good crispGreen Onions - No more than 5 minutes for the green stalks, the white bottoms can probably go in for 10-15Rice - Add rice to rice bin, dump in some extra water, then cook for 20 or so minutes. Some rice will be done by then, but I usually end up adding more water and doing 20 more minutesSausage - Thawed sausage was about 15-20 minutes to warm up, but you'd probably want to do 30 if its uncooked. Cutting it in half lengthwise can speed this upShrimp - 25-30 minutes raw and thawed, depending on the size of the shrimp. If they're precooked you can probably get away with 20 minutes.Bacon - Yup, I tried this. I don't recommend it because some cuts give off a lot of grease, but if you're adventurous enough it takes 25-40 minutes depending on the texture you want. Generally it's not as good as getting the crisp of a pan or grill, but sometimes laziness prevailsHam - I have yet the have an unforgettable luncheonEggs - Eggs are tricky because they keep cooking after you take them out. I'd recommend around 20 minutes, though if you're going to cool them down right away I'd do 25 or 30. All of those work well it's just a matter of how you like the yolk.Fish (Salmon) - I've done these for 25 minutes when thawed, but I want to experiment with putting the fillets on small plates so I can coat them in marinadesAll these times were for the bottom bin, so if you're moving them up make sure to add a little extra to compensate for cooler steam. Also keep in mind that if you cook things like fish or bacon they can drip on foods beneath them, if that's a concern. Just experiment and eventually you'll find it easy to cook 4-5 things in this steamer at once!

BPA Free and 800 watts
I love this size of this steamer, and I especially like the fact that it is BPA free. It has the timer feature and that is all I need. I cannot imagine using a delay start on a steamer. If it runs out of water, it beeps and shuts off -- very important. I also love that I can add more water while it is steaming -- all without removing the baskets -- just adding water where the drip tray handles are -- both sides are available for water adding. The footprint is smaller than my previous Hamilton Beach brand. I like that because it has 3 steaming trays/bowls and they nest inside each other for storage. # 1 is the smallest, # 2 is slightly larger, and # 3 is the largest. It is very compact yet packs lots of food. All 3 trays have egg slots, so you can steam a lot of eggs. The steamer works great and I am very happy with this new steamer. It enables me to steam fish or chicken and plenty of veggies. I highly recommend this steamer. You will not be disappointed!!

Love!
Love! Love! Love! I barely ate broccoli, squash, carrots, and since I’ve gotten this, I’ve bought several veggie pack from Walmart and added some salmon and have earthen healthy every day since. So easy, add water, turn the time, add the veggie to one basket, stack 2nd basket with salmon and 20-40 minutes later it’s ready.

A great steamer for an awesome price!
I have searched steamers for sometime, after having a long term use one go down on me. I have looked at many of the higher priced models, but many only had 2 tiers, and/or were not as large as I was seeking. I came across the AICOCK, and the price was great! Not familiar with the company, I read the reviews and like most on products they were mixed. I took a chance and ordered it. It arrived really quick, well packaged and I have been very , very pleased with the quality! It has been used dozens of times since receiving it, and it cleans up easy and steams the food on all tiers perfectly! I would not hesitate to order from this seller again.

My best friend in the kitchen
This is probably one of the best purchases I have made in my life. It has made life much more convenient. Let’s face it, by the time we are done with our day, sometimes standing and cooking is the last thing we want to do. This steamer allows me to steam three items at once. The stackable baskets have quite a bit of room. So broccoli in one, small potatoes in one, lobster tail in the third and all I have to do is throw some steak meat on the frying pan. The possibilities are endless. The timer takes care of the rest. Steam hot dog buns, make hard boiled eggs. Everything cooks in one spot at one time. Then I simply remove all three baskets and set them up on the bar like a buffet. Also, you keep more of the nutrients in the vegetables by steaming them rather than boiling them all out.

Works well and quickly
I’ve only used this twice so far, so I’ll update my review if anything changes for the worse. However, I’m quite pleased so far. This food steamer is quick, compact, and very easy to clean. The last is super important to me because I’m lazy.1 cup of jasmine rice to 1 cup of water for 30 minutes comes out perfect. Boccoli came out a little too limp at 10 minutes, so I’m going for 5-7 next time. Chicken and asparagus is next. The only serious downside is that this contraption came with NO recipes or even recommended cooking times. I had to do a little research before even getting started. Since I’ve never steam cooked anything before, I’m still kind of feeling my way.

This will change my eating habits! Great choice!
I’ve never used steamers before, but today I made a nice dinner in 30 minutes: perfectly steamed rice (loose, not sticky rice) and spicy seasoned fish with veggies. What a great help for those who are watching weight! Easy to clean as well. Add water, set up the timer, place rice with water/salt into one container (there is a special white rectangular bowl with handles for rice cooking); fish sprayed with tempura sauce, black pepper, coriander and vegetables with seasoning into the upper part. Half an hour- and you have a healthy meal!
