Q: Does this toothbrush use both sonic and ionic or just one of them?

On the tooth brush it says ionic- sonic. Great tooth brush but some of them have a mechanical flaw. A couple of mine have turned on by themselves while in the holder. Idk if the trouble is with the button and/or wiring but I couldn’t turn them off and then when I thought it was off they would turn back on in the middle of the night.

Q: How to replace the toothbrush? I can not move it from metal post. It sort of frozen.

To replace toothbrush. Use thumb and index finger at the bottom of toothbrush. Pull/gentle turn old tooth brush upward.

Q: How often need to charge I’ve been using over a month after initial first charge and it still seems to be working as if fully charged

about every 2 weeks should do it.
