I'm obsessed with the Amazon Essentials Women's Classic-Fit Full-Zip Polar Soft Fleece Jacket - and I'm not ashamed to admit it! As a 5'4" and 108lbs petite frame, I was thrilled to find that the XS fits me like a glove. Take it from me, purchase your usual size and you won't be disappointed! I initially bought the black one, but I fell so in love with it that I came back for more - and now I have it in light gray, bright pink, dark green, and yes, another black one!This fleece jacket is everything I need for casual outings and daily errands. The soft, plush fleece is ridiculously cozy and provides excellent warmth without bulk. The classic fit is flattering and comfortable, and the two side pockets are roomy enough for my phone and keys. Plus, it's lightweight and easy to care for - making it perfect for travel or everyday wear. The price point is unbeatable, and I'm so impressed with the quality and value. If you're on the fence, trust me, you won't regret buying this jacket!

Initially I ordered a 3x in a brown buffalo plaid. I am 5'3", 234 lbs, 46C bra. Since this looked a little fitted I thought that would work but it was too big and sloppy looking so I returned (no problem) and ordered this print and heather blue. Both fit perfect. The sleeves are a bit long but not enough to have to roll. This is thick enough so it does not sink into rolls or show lumps. Layering is a must in Wisconsin in my opinion so I was not looking for super heavy but something different than a hooded sweatshirt or cardigan. It is perfect inside a place that is chilly but not enough to leave my jacket on. On the other hand it works when someplace is so warm I would be uncomfortable leaving this on also so I can take it off and just be in a short or long sleeve tee. I wore it on a sunny day over a tee and in the upper 30's to go in and out of stores and was comfortable but would not have spent too much time outside this way. If you want something heavy to replace a winter coat in a cold climate, this is not it ,but if you want something that looks nice enough to wear anywhere and look a little dressier this is nice. In the picture I am wearing a t shirt under the jacket and have plenty of room to feel comfortable and not stuffed in. I have wide shoulders, heavy arms and a tummy and this is no problem. I can wear a long sleeve tee or shirt under but would not put anything heavier under or this fit would be too snug for my taste. This dips in slightly at the waist and out again at the hips. The fabric is soft and the zippers seem very sturdy. It is nice to have zippered pockets. I have had compliments on this jacket on me. I did not take pictures of the heather blue one but the fit is the same. I also washed these in cold water, delicate dry with no shrinkage or seam puckering. They had a very slight dye odor and the wash took care of that. The picture is after it was washed. I must say the brown buffalo print in 3x that I initially ordered seemed to be a little lighter weight so don't know if there is a difference in colors ordered but the 2 I got were as expected.

It feels comfortable and warm, and is a flattering style. The fabric has a little stretch, and overall, the jacket seems to be very well made. I really love the solid camel color which kind of gives this jacket a more business-casual, polished look. The plaid is more casual. Because I'm short, the waist does come slightly lower than my natural waist, and sleeves are long, but neither of these are too distracting. It is fitted through the torso, and for me, just a little tight. But I can still fit thin turtleneck underneath. I recommend sizing up, if you want to wear with sweaters.

It is soft, fairly warm --warmer that french-terry hoodies I wear a lot but still thinner than some polar fleece., and nice-looking. It is somewhat fitted but still fits comfortably over a regular shirt or turtleneck. It flairs slightly at the bottom and is mid-hip length on me. If you want it roomy to wear over multiple layers you may want to size up. The zippered pockets are very handy.

This is a really nice quality, lovely fleece jacket. I'm 5'6", 145# and ordered the medium which fit perfectly. It's fitted jacket so if you want to layer thicker clothing, you might consider ordering up a size. The violet color Is gorgeous and true to the color I saw online. The interior pockets are rather slim, if that's a consideration for you. Fabric very soft, too.

I ordered a size up from normal because I knew that I would be wearing sweaters and sweatshirts underneath, and those would need extra room. I also recently lost 40 lbs., so I expected that one size up from what I normally bought should be really loose. Unfortunately, the fit is still too snug. If I wear it with a t-shirt or other lightweight close-fitting shirt, I am okay, but anything else, and I'm going to really struggle with the sleeves. The sleeves are the primary concern - just too tight on the upper arms. Not only is it tight, but the fleece clings to whatever layer is underneath, so it is really hard to take off. This is a common problem with all women's fit jackets - they are too fitted through the torso and don't account for the large arms that most plus-size women struggle with. For this reason, I have always bought men's fleece jackets, but I couldn't find one I liked, so I tried this. It will be fine when I need a light layer for early morning or evening and lightweight clothes for warm Wisconsin days, but it won't work as my primary spring/fall jacket, which was my original intent. Back to the drawing board....
