Collector's Library Books are ideal gifts for young advanced readers. Our granddaughter absolutely fell in love with the first one we gave to her - Anne of Green Gables. For a few days, she refused to let it out of her sight. Since that time we've given her about one book in the series per month.She now has her own personal library in a size that seems meant just for her.The Andersen book contains a large number of his tales. It's just about perfect.

The book itself is beautiful. Such a pity it arrived dirty and with a torn dust jacket cover. The book’s spine is also slightly warped. This was meant to be new but it’s not in a state to give someone as a gift.

Possibly the most beautiful little book that I have ever owned. Beautifully and perfectly crafted. A lovely size and weight, golden edged pages with a lovely texture. Sweet little sketches throughout. A turquoise casing with lovely text about the author. Beautiful and thought provoking fairy tales, wonderfully written by a master in writing in my opinion. I would recommend for children and adults alike. I bought this for me and I intend to buy more of these stunning little books.
