I use several SFH products (whey protein and strong) so I thought I’d give this a try. I used it this morning and I loved it. Tastes great and gave me the pump I needed to get through my workout. Gave me lots of energy for a hard leg day! Looking forward to using it every workout day now. SFH products are great. Such high quality that helps you achieve your results.

Years ago I purchased the PUSH - and although it tasted bad, it really energized me. Gave me a nice 'tingle'. Made me want to buy appliances. Always had a good workout. One day I got a bad batch and tried to work with the company - then they stopped selling for awhile - then the formula changes and it was purple. It was much less effective, and when I tried to reach out to them they just told me they were having trouble getting ingredients. NO trouble still charging 50+. So then I started using a cheap ON product. It also was effective, much cheaper, and consistent. Tried PUSH again and got two bags with "chunks" in them. After a LOT of work, got my money back - then they went dark again. So it's been many months [6+] and after being OFF pre-workout for 6 weeks I tried a new bag of PUSH again. ANOTHER new formula maybe? - and literally NO effect. Usually I would take 35 minutes before a hard workout and start feeling a slight tingle and have good energy - THIS is like drinking a weak orange juice and have a slight stomach upset. NO caffeine feeling. AVOID!

I drink this every morning before I work out and truly look forward to drinking it each morning - it is a great start to the day. At first I wasn't sold on the taste but within a few days I began to love the taste. It's very different than other pre-workouts I have tried (i.e. cellucor C4, optimum nutrition pre, no explode). This tastes less artificial, you feel less jittery and I have noticed an improvement in my crossfit workouts. It is a really great product and I trust the SFH brand.

Best pre-work has been shown to be a clean diet. That said, as a Paleo athlete, this product was recommended to me by a coach. Unlike other pre-work outs I have used in the past, it works exactly as advertised. No burning skin. No flushing face reaction. No upset stomach. It is expensive and flavors are limited (I would love a orange, Gatoraide flavor) but bottom line, I feel it does give me a edge. I do wish there was a week-long free trial size, as I am sure if you try it, you will like it. Combined with Creatine for 5 week cycle, I feel it works. Try it yourself!

Love! This is the only pre that doesn’t get my heart racing! I feel focused and energized without the gitters. Flavor is great and it blends nicely with water, even in just a jar without a blender ball. (Also my holistic nutritionist approved the ingredient list so that’s a major plus!!)

I have tried many and thrown away many pre workout drinks. This is by far the best pre workout I have ever used. Plant based and no added crap. Nice gentle ramp up of power and energy. I train/ride 100 mile single track bike races and this pre workout is great before the ride and (taken again) helps again after 50-60 miles. The taste is fine. Listen, it is a pre workout drink, not a cocktail. Bummer Whole Foods no longer carries it, I have to order online now, but as long as I can get it, it is all good.

I have tried SFH products before and have always had good results. I have always been nervous to try a pre-workout supplement as I am always concerned about what's in them. I trust that SFH puts quality ingredients in their products. This gets me through loooong training days. I have only been using it for a week so far, but have been impressed with the results. Also, importantly, no jitters/tingling/weird sensations that I have heard is common with some pre workout formulations.
