Works well for me to reduce back pain while sitting.
Got this as a temporary aid while I work on rebuilding my core muscle strength. It fits well and the velcro appears to be durable. Easy to put on. I like the small "belt" that you attach first. That makes it easier to attach the main velcro attachment. The secondary velcro straps allow for perfect adjustments. I tried several other back braces and like this one the best if you need to sit while using one.

The product has been redesigned. Not as easy to use, or as supportive, or as comfortable as the previous model -- which was once The Best, IMO.
