In late 2014 when this product changed and the emails went out to Subscribe and Save customers there was zero notification that they were cutting the amount of active ingredient in each pill in half so instead of taking one capsule of it's predecessor Rutaesom, you now have to take two of Rutacleanse for the same benefit. Now multiple months later after finally figuring this out I'm going to up the dose to see if it still works but I have the suspicion that I'm going to be disappointed by whatever else they didn't bother to disclose to their customers. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Effective for me *by A***C on Reviewed in the United States on August 23, 2015* It works well for me if I have drunk coffee in the afternoon or evening (for some reason my morning coffee does not interfere with my sleep thank goodness).
