Love this with modifications
This is my staple breakfast--it's delicious and nutritious. I add more unsalted sunflower seeds, additional chia seeds and blueberries, and some brown sugar Splenda. I make several dry servings at a time, placing them in plastic bags. In the morning I just add water and cook in the microwave for 2 minutes. Quick breakfast I can feel good about!

Take out the sunflower seeds… they ruin the taste
The sunflower seeds taste old, weird… changes the flavor of the entire content and the smell is bad. Take them out of the mix.

Don’t buy it! Rancid oatmeal!!!
When I first opened the bag, I smelled something strong like rancid. I was not quite sure though until my husband told me that this oatmeal doesn’t taste as good as before. I smelled it again and sure enough it is rancid. Because we have had this flavor of this brand for many years (about seven years), we know what it should taste like. What a waste! I don’t even want to feed birds with it.
