Add some coconut milk to these and taste the magic. Best commercial product I've found. Each flavor is so bold, fresh. Amazing really. With other brands, the more you add, the more heat you get. I don't find this brand particularly hot at all. The spice flavor is dead on, add heat to your desired level.

I'm no expert on Thai food or even cooking in general, but I can tell you this stuff is amazing. I've only tried the Masaman so far, but it was delicious. - saute some veggies with a little oil (add protein too if you like and cook it mostly) - add a can of the paste and continue to saute for couple of minutes - add a can of coconut milk, simmer for 10 minutes, stir frequently - Service with some rice DONE. You've got a $20 restaurant curry in 15 minutes for a few dollars.

I’ve used three of the four pastes. They’re good, but could be spicier. I don’t like the cans, which aren’t ideal for storing leftover paste.

Many curry mixes include shrimp paste. We have family members work severe crustacean allergies, and love having a very tasty option that is safe for us to use. (Of course, double check the label yourself. Sometimes ingredient lists change.)

If you love Curry, this is the best I have found!
