So easy
I'm no expert on Thai food or even cooking in general, but I can tell you this stuff is amazing. I've only tried the Masaman so far, but it was delicious. - saute some veggies with a little oil (add protein too if you like and cook it mostly) - add a can of the paste and continue to saute for couple of minutes - add a can of coconut milk, simmer for 10 minutes, stir frequently - Service with some rice DONE. You've got a $20 restaurant curry in 15 minutes for a few dollars.

Quite good
The Massaman and Panang Curry Paste are quite good and even spicey. Use these with coconut milk to blend according to your taste buds. Didn’t like yhe Green Curry Paste at all. I assume it’s just a matter of taste and what you use it with. These are the closest I’ve come to my favorite Thai restaurant. You can add to rice, potatoes or vegetables and chicken. Much better than grocery varieties and not pricey.

Happy and back for more
I loved my first purchase so much that I came back to get more and write a review. I love that its a variety pack, which introduced me to a few flavors that I didn’t know before. The portions are perfect. Shipping was on time. Very happy with this curry. It is delicious.
