Q: Do you have a size guide?

I ordered large, I'm 6ft tall and 36inch waist and they are a perfect fit. Great long johns!

Q: Can you send 2 pack lightweight, but 2 different colors, 1 is dark grey and another black?

I don't know, but if you email Lapasa they will let you know.They are very helpful and respond quickly.

Q: What does M56 M25 mean?

If you look at description of heat description of trousers (long johns) M56 is midweight so I assume they are Thermoflux 100 and 200 and M25 is heavyweight and hence warmer. Thjere is quite a lot of explanation down there BUT not necessarily easy to decode!!!
