I feel like it held with my work. Take only once a day at that time.

I have been using this off and on for about a year, and every time I cycle back on my body fat percentage drops a few points and muscle mass increases. The effect may not be huge, but I have no doubt it works. The same can't be said for most supplements. Good product.

Crap. I thought these were 200mg a pill. It is 200 for four pills. You need to take like 2000 mg a day of this stuff to simulate lab results. That would be 40 pills a day. Only 120 come in a package. Far, far too expensive and misleading. It shouldn't say 200 mg and also 120 count. If it is 120 mg and you need to take 4 for that dose, then the real count is 30.DO NOT BUY.

I'm using these as an aid for IBM muscle wasting disease I have. I feel they have helped to slow the wasting.

I’ve tried lots of products over the years and this one actually works! Saw a definite loss in subcutaneous body fat within 2 weeks, without changing anything in my diet and training regime. Have felt tired since stopping use, though - so keen to get some more!PS. There lots of positive research literature on Ursolic Acid out there.

Today I regularly walk 2-5 miles, at least twice a week.
