Excellent recliner
I am super happy with this chair, for the price it is a very comfortable. I have back problems and it gives excellent support. I prefer this recliner over way more expensive ones.

Time will tell.
OK, my chair arrived today and was easy to assemble. I am a bit too tall for my head to connect with the head rest which is mostly fine with me because I don't like the chair in any reclined position anyway. The problem I noted right away is that the chair does not go upright enough so I set out to do a slight modification. This involved removal of the incline adjuster pins and removal of the shims on each side to allow the chair to go to a maximum upright position which proved to be pretty good for me. The next minor issue I noted was the angle incline pin on the left side of the chair would not hold its position when the knob on the right side was tightened. This caused a distortion in the chair back with one side becoming less upright than the other if that makes sense. In order to lock the left side of the chair a cut a 1/2" CPVC plastic water pipe at exactly 4 & 7/16" long and installed it on left6 side pin. This modification meant that I no longer have an adjustable recliner which for me is most likely a good thing. Now we shall see how the chair works out for me after sitting in it several hours this evening. The chair is pleasing to the eye and seems to be put together pretty well so for now I'll keep it but the jury is out and we shall see during the next 30 day return eligibility period. It's really hard to complain to loudly when you consider the low purchase price but for now I'm not displeased. We shall see what we shall see.OK, this is my followup to the preceding review: I ended up taking the seat cushion and backrest off and unzipping the two covers. Then I went to an upholstery shop and got some 1-1/2" foam then cut it to fit beneath the stock padding directly under the faux leather and put the whole thing back together. I also removed the steel pins that were causing me pain in the middle of my back and on my tail bone. I can say this modification improved my comfort 100%. I am going to most likely order some 1" memory phone from Amazon because the foam I used is a bit too firm so I may as well make it perfect or as close as I can get.Another followup: This morning I check my e-mail and here is a message from the suppliers of this chair. Long and short is they made it all good with me and I never asked them to do it. They are submitting my suggestions to their design department and they thanked me for my input. Now it is pretty darn hard to criticize a company like this and it is rare in today's world to find a company like this. I even tried to decline their offer but they did it anyway. I've read most of the other reviews on this and other products and all too often all the complaints are just that with no insight or attempt at constructive suggestions just a lot of bitching. Would I buy this product again from these folks? You darn right I would! I have truly been humbled and I've learned a valuable life lesson.

Not very comfortable - didn't last 3 weeks!
UPDATE #2 Company offered only a partial refund on a chair that was breaking in less than 3 weeks because you can't disassemble it to return it.UPDATE #1: Chair didn't last 3 weeks and I hear the creaking noises that other chairs get within a week of breaking (usually at about 2 yrs). Trying to see about a return, but you can't take the bottom off once it's put together. Waiting for email back from Giantex to see if they need a broken chair shipped back. Will update with their customer service response. It's not a very comfortable chair for daily use. The back of the seat is lower than the front, so it puts you in an uncomfortable position. Reclining in it isn't too bad, I could do a short nap in it. It's also very narrow. I'm 5'11" 165 lbs and feel I'm sitting in a small chair.

Well made and its nicely in a tight space
Easy to put together, and the color gray is quite attractive. It goes well with the throw I put on it to keep the cats from wanting to dig their claws in it. Comfortable to sit in as I'm working at my desk and I can use it to put up my feet which is under the little table and watch the TV.

A fairly good-looking chair that comes with problems causing discomfort.
The look is o.k., and I liked the brown choice, but the lumbar support that is built in is too aggressive for me at least and when lowering the back the lumbar area moves to your mid back area, so you have to try to scoot up , which really doesn't work. It was easier to put together than other items I have purchased, but really not worth my effort or the price.

It's a 10! Ok. 5 stars..
OkayThe old clicheI never write reviews, BUT, I just love this chair!! The size is what I was worried about color came next, after comfort, of course , this chair surpassed my expectations by 75 percent!I expected to be able to put it together myself, although, at 70 years old, I have someone else who does most of my work for me these days, but, due to changes in our life styles, I found myself putting it together. The only trouble I had was with the arm rests I had difficulty getting the screws to grab the threads, they are still loose but I can live with them until I get help tightening them up.The chair is like an office chair, the kind you loved as a kid, spinning a 360 lounging back and being comfy and the separate pillow for heat/ massage is genius! It is optional that way and can be used anywhere ! It is a USB plug and will need a adapter for the receptacle. The material is the softest pleather I have ever felt and the color is dark brown coffee color, I know that I have too much time on my hands during this pandemic, but I have to say I love having a comfortable place to sit!At last!
