My body is afflicted with Scleroderma, an evil autoimmune disease that has caused painful deformities and limited mobility in my hands and fingers especially. For years I have been looking for a device that is aggressive enough to straighten my pinkies especially. This tool is a gift from the Lord! I have a very high pain tolerance and needed to add some cushioning to the part that pushes on the knuckle since I really crank down on it. I also made a cushioned base for my fingertip so I could put maximum pressure on the knuckle without cutting off my circulation. It definitely is helping and I HIGHLY recommend it!

Use it on my little finger that the dog broke. Use it while i'm watching tv or playing on the puter.

Too wide and long for pinky fingers. I added padding inside on the sides, but it's still top heavy. Concept is good, but hard to sleep with (trying to rest it over my stomach). Screw loosens sometimes too. The good thing is, it can be removed or loosened (unlike a casting from your PT where you just suffer through the pain).

Me and my small dog were attacked by a large dog and my ring finger broke during attack. My finger didn’t heal right and only option is to re-break… NO!!! My Doctor didn’t recommend, anyway. My finger mostly stayed bent at knuckle, even with physical therapy. By this pressing down on knuckle, after a week or so, my finger can stay straight almost all day. I use in the morning and at night 30 mins to an hour. Im going to continue using since it’s working!!
