Ugh! This is so much easier to use and clean, and it's much more sanitary. If you can close your throat (really, who can't?), you can use this simple bottle. Just fill it with warm water and salt, squeeze gently, and the water runs in one nostril and out the other, taking any gunk straight into the bathroom sink and down the drain.
