Installed these yesterday and absolutely love them. There were two types of drywall anchors provided that were heavy duty. Screws in two sizes - one for the wall and one for attaching the wood shelf (not provided) to the bracket. For the drywall anchor attached, I reenforced with adhesive as well because I needed the assured sturdiness but that was my method. I would highly recommend this brand.

Comes with heavy mounting anchors and is thick steel using to hang outdoor chairs inside lanai.

Thick material and strong but one of the brackets arrived bent. I wasn't able to bend it to straighten it out but it also means they are strong brackets that will hold weight. After the shelf got put on the bent one isn't too noticeable.
