Haden Dorset 2 Slice Extra Wide Slot Toaster, Cool Touch Exterior, Ivory

This is by far the best toaster I've ever owned. The slots are nice and wide. Love that it has several settings and cute retro style is gorgeous. High quality, sturdy and made to last. I am addicted to this brand after buying this toaster I bought the coffee pot and microwave

Update: after using the toaster, I need to put it on the highest setting to get some browning and then the toast isn't much brown, but it becomes dried and hard. Not sure if I'll keep it. Sorry folks everything I previously said was good but I'm not sure about how it toasts bread. If it wasn't for Amazon's great return policy, we wouldn't get a working toaster. That is true for many items. The toaster box was packed in a much stronger box so the toaster box was in perfect shape, and so was the toaster. We like that we can dial an exact toast setting. Even 1/2 or 3/4 between numbers. We like that it takes approximately 3 minutes to toast. Not very long to toast. The toaster is very light to move. When first turning it on, there wasn't a lot of fumes. The Cuisinart that we sent back didn't toast evenly and smelled like chernoble. The Haden toasts evenly and doesn't smell toxic. Haden was established in England but the toaster is still made in China. It is attractive, toasts well, and has nice controls. I can't find anything negative about it and my wife says I am a negative person. Shucks! I can't find anything negative. I'm losing my touch.

Beautiful, well-built, and works perfectly. Some reported about toasting being uneven. I have not had that experience. It toasts perfectly and is a joy to look at while doing it! Highly recommend.

Does not toast evenly and to top it off now the right side does not work I have about 5 days left on the one year warranty I just sent the company an email with a copy of the Amazon invoice and a picture asking for a replacement. Honestly I’d rather have a refund. This toaster is pretty but in all honesty my cheap one worked way better. Hopefully the co pant does the right thing You’re paying for the retro look folks …..not the quality of the product Part 2 Of review 1/6/26 The company never reached out to me or retuned a response to my email about the defective toaster within the warranty period and even now. Nothing… no response and I did email with pictures etc. so my hundred dollar toaster is a dud and other than being pretty sucks. Poor customer service

The color is not same as picture which is tan. The true color is taupe. But I wanted neutral so ok for me. Now quality, you could get a $25 toaster made just as well but again I am going for looks. I also bought the electric kettle and they look great on counter. The Kettle has small scratch and a tiny dent. They were both packaged very well. If they scratch easily I will be returning. It burns on number 2. On number 1 burns 1 side and other side very light. Okay sending back to vminnovations. Hoping this one was a dud and ordered a new one. Love the Kettle. 12/25/2020The new one arrived in record time. Toaster and kettle look great on counter. However, the toast does not toast evenly on sides...is this just an English thing or a defect? The 2nd toaster does toast consistant with the dial number.

Beautiful and well made

I did a lot of research on roasters and what I found was that there isn’t “one best roaster” everyone has different opinions. So instead of buying the $200 toaster I went for one that had fairly good reviews and would fit my kitchen aesthetic. I’ve gotten so many compliments on the look of it. The color is perfect. At the end of the day it is a basic toaster but I like that it’s a real brand and not one of the random Chinese brands you see online. It toasts fine and serves the purpose. Great value

Devine classie toast is so even

Got this for my boyfriend for Christmas. He loves it and I plan on getting him the matching kettle at some point. Super nice looking and works perfectly.

Looks great on the counter. Love the retro styling, including the setting dial (which mirrors the temperature gauge on the matching kettle). It runs very hot, so I’m using # 2 on the dial. The cancel button is lovely and responsive, and I enjoy that I don’t have to force the leaver back up like I did with my previous toaster. Fits standard sandwich-style bread slices, so my only complaint is that some longer artisanal bread that I like has to be flipped around and toasted twice. It’s a small price to pay for this kind of style. Very pleased with the quality so far!

So delighted when opened the package. This is a solid, well built toaster with a cool retro styling & looks good on our counter. What really impressed me was the quality of craftsmanship. This is my third attempt at getting a decent toaster and this one is perfect. I know its a little pricier than some, but definitely worth it.

J’apprécie son design, grille bien. Tout est fonctionnel. Contente de mon achat. On verra sur la durabilité. Mon achat date d’une semaine.

Love my new toaster! Toasts everything to perfection! Love the colour and style, looks great in my kitchen.
