Adjustable Battery Hold Down,Universal Crossbar with 18-8 (304) Stainless Steel J Bolt Sets (9 inch Bolts)

I purchased the 8" and it works as expected on the 1999 Dodge Ram Sport...just barely. However, the 9" would work as well and give you a little more screw to work with....based on the height of the battery. The current battery is a Durlast Gold 850 CCA and is currently 7 5/8" in height so there isn't much remaining. It is a solid fit and the battery does not move once hand tightened into place. Exactly what you would expect for build, quality, fit and price.

Good product easy to install, all hardware included. One comment is that the bracket does rise in the middle so make sure your vehicle has clearance (most do).

It worked and quality is good it just seems a fit light duty

For under $10, my expectations were low, but the SS rods really are SS and non-magnetic. All hardware looks good, and it installed quite nicely. If I could improve anything, the area where the rods meet the top could be heavier gauge steel, or have even more reinforcement, but it's still a lot better than my two local parts stores had.

Good battery hold down. I'd bought a bigger battery and the old holder was insufficient in height. This new holder is easy to use, and I was able to cut the threaded rods to size after installation.

Great product. Good quality. My only problem was the rods were too long for my Nissan Sentra.
