Portable and Easy to Use
The media could not be loaded. These massage balls are great. I have recently experiened soreness after workingout and found these. Loved this set! Very good quality and comes with a carrying bag. The black spiky ball is hard plastic and the other balls are silicone, and made very well. I’ve been toting this around in my gym bag and it’s not heavy at all. I use them after a work out, especially on my hips. These have helped out with a quad injury I got from sitting the wrong way for too long, not even a work out injury, go figure. But using these before and after a work out and on my rest days has helped significantly! Great set and I’m happy with my purchase!

These Calculated Fitness massage balls are great tools for releasing stress and tension in muscles throughout the body. I'm prone to getting foot cramps and cramping in my forearms and I really found that these massage balls provided some much needed relief. With three different types of balls, it's nice to have options when dealing with muscle pain. The spiked ball is great for deep tissue massage in thicker muscles like thighs and glutes. The peanut ball is great for rolling out muscles while distributing the pressure points, particularly if it's delicate area like a long the spine. I found the standard ball perfect for my sore arches. This set comes with a handy draw string bag to keep the balls all together. This is a great, affordable set of massage balls for anyone experiencing achey, tight muscles.
