NEW Oxford Electronic Dictionary XF-7

I rated this item 3 stars due to the lack of a user's manual in English. It came with a 22 page user's manual written in Hebrew only which does NOTmake good business sense for any item sold on the international market. This dictionary does make use of the nikkud vowel point system ; but themanufacturer should have provided a user's manual in both Hebrew and English as Babylon does with their model MB-304. ( which does NOT usethe nikkud vowel point system.) Amazon should require that the manufacturers of the NEW Oxford Electronic Dictionary XF-7 Oxford print theuser's manual in both Hebrew and English.
