Cute, but low quality
My daughter loves the pattern but the main zipper broke a month after school started. One of the main section zippers separated from one side of the zipper 2 weeks into use. and the other main zipper stopped working 5 weeks in. With this one, the zipper splits open no matter which direction you move the zipper.

Poor quality
I ordered this set for my daughters travel. Sadly the zipper broke fairly quickly and the over wear and tear on it was not good. Sadly she was sad because I had to throw it out only 2 months later. Its not durable so definitely a pass if purchasing for travel or school year.

Perfect!
I got this for my oldest daughter(10 years old) as a birthday present. She absolutely loves it and so do I... The compartments inside are a nice feature and the pencil case is unique and matches the backpack perfectly! The item arrived quickly and the customer service i received was amazing!! I even got an email from the company asking if everything was delivered safe and sound:)
