I bought 2 of these and put them in the track of my sliding glass doors as a little extra security for at night. I can still open the door a few inches for a breeze while watching t.v. but not enough for anyone to get in. I feel a lot better with these small and simple pipes. In the morning I just stand them upright iom the track and the door can open all the way so there is no problem with storing them.

Exactly what I was looking for

exact dimension as stated the highest was 40.48. i have a digital caliper measurement i used to confirm it. i ordered 5, i plan on using this for crafting. one pipe was progressively crooked by about 4mm if that matters to anyone.

This is not standard sized pipe. My project required pipe with an o.d. as close to 2 in. as possible standard 1 1/2 in. is too small and 2 in. too large. This was perfect.
