When I ordered this product, I doubted its effectiveness. After I used it, I was pleasantly surprised that it worked so well. You need to apply it for at least 8 to 12 hours for it to work correctly. It can be applied on any surface where mold is present. It works well in the bathroom around the tub and on the kitchen counter. Be aware that the removal of mold is temporary and that it may reappear in a year or so depending on the amount of time and frequency of the presence of moisture.

We used this on our dirty brown caulk in the shower. We let it sit overnight and the caulk turned out bright white one rinsed off, per the attached picture!! This is a rare find as it actually works and does not require any scrubbing!! The seller is also very thoughtful and keeps up with you to ensure everything is working fine, its a nice touch for a perfect product 🙂. It takes a lot to clean everything, as long as the price doesn’t creep up we will continue to purchase more to complete cleaning all of the necessary areas. Thank you!!

This gel did a pretty good job of dissolving the black mold on my washing machine gasket. I left it on for 7 hours. It got rid of all but the thickest gunk. I think one more application would take care of the remaining 20%. Wiping the gel out is a challenge. You’ll need multiple towels which will get covered in gel.

My mom raved about a gel mold remover she used for her showers so I decided to chance it and buy a tube. I wish I’d done this years ago!! We have a glass shower door and the tracks it sits in drive me nuts; they’re so moldy and impossible to get to the small spaces with even the skinniest of brushes. To get the gel into those tight tracks, I ended up cutting a piece of straw down and duct taping it around the tip of the tube. It was perfect; I was able to fit the straw into the cracks and squeeze the gel right where it needed to be most! I walked away and forgot about it, then returned a few hours later to check. No more mold!!! All I had to do was spray out the residual gel with the handheld nozzle and it was spotless. Seriously impressed. Wish I’d taken before and after photos.

The product didn’t work as shown, did not remove the mold off the rubber gasket on the washer.

Worked very well on removing mold from refrigerator door gasket. Did a test run then as other reviewers wrote, left on overnight. Worked very well.

I was concerned about black stains on the packing on the door of the washing machine installed in the rental apartment, so I tried various soaps and bleaches, but there was no significant improvement, so I gave up. When I was shopping online at Amazon, I happened to arrive at this product by chance, and decided to try it because of the good review, good price, and reasonable size.This product is contained in a tube, and an adaptor is attached to the tip of the tube, and the gel is applied to the area of dirt. The gel has moderate viscosity, and it does not drip, and thoroughly dissolves dirt. It turns out that the transparent substance becomes slightly brownish, and thoroughly dissolves dirt. Although it was allowed to stand for more than 5 hours, black dirt was removed neatly, and the packing itself did not deteriorate due to this product. At present, it is not recognized that there was black dirt.

This product did not remove scum or mold from washer door. I followed directions and waited 3 hours but when I wiped it down hardly any mold or black scum came off. Save your money and use something else.
