Summary:I'm overall very satisfied by the quality of these lederhosen. This is not a thin, cheap, costume-quality garment, but something that could be worn regularly for many years. Take the time to measure your waist per instructions and choose the associated US size; do NOT buy based on Amazon's auto-generated size suggestion or your usual US-size in other brands of pants. If you're between sizes, be aware that there's a gusset on the back, with a leather drawstring you can loosen to gain perhaps 1.5" of waistline. In fact, if you're between sizes I recommend buying both to compare. I recommend buying the matching shoes as the color match is excellent. All of my comments are with the caveat that I am not an expert and have no frame of reference for comparing lederhosen quality.Details:The sizing chart based on actual waistline measurement was pretty accurate in my case, so I STRONGLY recommend taking the time to measure. That said, since I fell right between two sizes, if I had to order again I'd instead round down to the smaller size. Reason: the unadvertised adjustment gusset on the back of the lederhosen and I may lose a few more pounds. I'm 6'2", 187 lbs. and typically wear a size 33 waist in pants (e.g., Levis, Banana Republic, Eddie Bauer, Wrangler.) so I was skeptical of the sizing chart. I measured my waist three times at my underwear band, coming up with 36-7/8", 36-5/8" and 36-3/4". As these fell between two sizes (US 30 (=36" waist measurement) and (US 32 (=38") I ignored the Amazon recommendation of 34" and rounded up to the larger US-32 per instructions. On first wearing, size seemed perfect as lederhosen are supposed to fit snugly. However, they loosened maybe a half or whole size as I wore them around the house. That said, they be no means LOOKED loose, there was no sign they'd fall down without the suspenders and no chance of doing so WITH the suspenders.The leather quality in terms of thickness, stitching, color and fit was impressive. Embroidery was basic but looked secure. The buckles on the suspenders don't look high end, but neither do they look cheap.

This is a quality, classic lederhosen at a reasonable price. So many smiles when my husband wore it to an Oktoberfest party! He did size up one from what was recommended on the chart. The recommended size was just too tight/short in the inseam. One size up fits very well.

Real leather, has some weight to it and true to size. These were a huge hit at our Octoberfest party and I got back to my German roots. These will last a very long time. 100/10

I wear 34 jeans and bought size 34 in these, and the fit is perfect! My buddies liked them so much they bought some too. The ad makes them sound German, but they are made in Pakistan, and they do strongly smell of leather, but they are so well made and designed that I'm thrilled with the purchase. I dare say they actually look sexy on me LOL.

These are the real deal not faux leather. Comfortable and very well made. My waist size is 32 but choose 34s since Amazon recommended a 36. Should have gone with 32s because they are a bit big. Suspenders obviously adjust but smaller size would have been better.

I’m the kind of guy that reads tons of reviews and searches multiple websites/sellers/etc. before purchasing items like this. Hopefully my review helps the next lad, feel free to reach out if I can give more insight. *Blue shirt is me, *Red shirt is a buddy (in pics).The boys and I all bought these for our trip to Munich for Oktoberfest! Absolutely pumped we ordered these before the trip and they worked out so well! The lederhosen by our hostel were about $350+ euro, and these were only about $160 usd. Albeit, we did buy socks and hats at the festival which ended up being another $50 euro. I’d suggest buying at least the socks with this vendor instead of waiting til you go to Munich.. the folk were having a grand time watching us all change at the festival stand.Sizing: I’m a 33 waist, but I have large muscular legs (6’0, 215lbs). So once I tried on the size 34, I had to return it because i couldn’t get the shorts up high enough (my quads being too large). I got the size 36 next and it also fit a little snug on the legs + it was lose on the waist. Once I wore it to Oktoberfest, the leather overall straps helped keep it on correctly and the leather loosened up a wee bit on my legs which helped tremendously!We wore the lederhosen for all three of the days that we were at the festival! We will be doing Oktoberfest again next year and you can bet your top dollar that we’re bringing these bad boys along again!! Thank you for the well made lederhosen. Cheers !

The quality appears pretty solid, with the exception of some small stitching here and there regarding the suspenders, but it's nothing I'm too worried about - mostly just the tiny little band that keeps the straps together. The shorts themselves are very well made and incredibly comfortable. I wear US size 40 pants (I'm 6' 2" at 265 lb) so I was a little hesitant about the fit, but I ordered a 42 and it's like they were tailored for me. The suspenders fit me very well too, so much so that I still have about 5 holes left when I strap them on. I will definitely be buying from them again in the future.Side note: I wear a size 14 shoe and the light brown shoes match these lederhosen very well. The shoes started slightly narrow but after an hour of wear, they became very comfortable.

This is a great quality lederhosen. The fit is good and I bought mine a little oversized and it was a little oversized, so it’s true to size. Looks great. Be away that this has a strong processing odor that takes a bit to vent so hang it up in the garage and let it vent for a few days or store it in a sealed bag otherwise everything will smell like processed leather.
