What type of mirror do you offer?

All our mirrors adopt standard glass that delivers true natural reflections. By contrast, tempered glass mirrors tend to create distorted reflections.

What is the difference between standard glass mirrors and tempered glass mirrors?

Standard glass mirrors offer true, natural undistorted reflections. High-temperature tempered glass has uneven curved surfaces, which leads to distorted mirror reflections.

What should I do if my mirror arrives broken or in the wrong size?

Simply message us with photos, and we’ll send you a replacement right away.

Can I receive a replacement if there is any problem with the mirror months after purchase?

Absolutely. All mirrors include 12-month service coverage starting on your purchase date. We provide targeted solutions for all quality defects during this service period.
