Heavy Cord!
I have a nearly-obsolete Samsung Tab E that I adore and use every single night. As such, its old battery is growing weaker as it ages; I tended to go through charger cords at a ridiculous rate because the tablet does die after only a couple hours so I need to keep it connected until I'm finished with it. I also am guilty of falling asleep while reading ebooks at night, which can cause the poor tablet to tumble to the carpet as I change positions in my sleep. When that happens, almost every cord I've ever used winds up eventually breaking inside right where the plug connects to the cord. *NOT THIS ONE*! It's got a nice heavy plastic coating on the cord that's extremely sturdy and can readily handle my foolishness, plus it's a great length, so my position isn't limited at all when it's connected. It has a good USB micro head that fits snugly, and it charges well, at a solid average rate. It's worth every cent-- especially (and hopefully) it's the last one I'll need to get!

Quality gold tip.
Quality tips fast charge. Tablets charge very fast. My old 10 Amazon Fire wouldn't charge up full. But this Amazon micro cord was the fix, I think Amazon cords are the best bet with older generation connections on the tablets where you plug in the micro tip. Knock offs are made cheaply and learned to buy Amazon products for their own brand tablets. You learn by mistakes, glad to bought this gold tip.

Works for PS4 controller pairing
Bought this specifically for pairing a used, already-registered PS4 controller to a new PS. It was surprisingly difficult to find micro-usb cables with the needed data transfer abilities, but my search ended here! This cable works!!

Works with Tascam DR05X
Works great for transferring files from a Tascam DR05X to the computer. Had purchased other cables claiming to do the same thing but they failed... the Amazon data cable did not fail. Feels pretty rugged for the price point. Will most likely purchase another.
