Used for A level spanish revision and got 98% on my exam essay for this book so it can’t be bad! Seriously though, it unpicks all the knotty themes you might need to write about in your exam essay.

Excellent resource and very helpful for students and teachers
This is an excellent resource for students preparing Pan's labyrinth. It does definitely help them to understand Del Toro's masterpiece as the book is clear, well structured and covers all the necessary topics: characters, themes, techniques, etc.

These Hodder guides provide an excellent, comprehensive study of the film's/plays/books on the AS/A2 course. Useful for both teachers and students. It was packaged well and delivered quickly.

Good guide but the essay models seem too simplistic. It can be used in conjunction with other materials.
