After wearing a continuous glucose monitor for a while, I have learned that traditional flour tortillas make my blood sugar sky rocket...so I needed to find an alternative. I'm not a big sugar person, but I love just about any kind of bread. Like to have burritos or quesadillas now and then so I needed to find a substitute.First, these are NOT cheap. I also bought some Hero hamburger buns and bread...also expensive. But to be fair, ALL low-carb breads are ridiculously expensive. You'd think they had substituted the carbs with gold dust.However, these are a great alternative for my burritos. They are soft, even without heating them. They do have a tendency to stick together, so be careful pulling them apart. But I make burritos in bulk and freeze them. These taste good fresh, and are also a good texture when frozen and reheated.They are not quite as successful for quesadillas, because they don't really get very crispy. If I put cheese on a regular flour tortilla and stick it in the toaster oven the cheese is melty and the tortilla is crunchy. With these....the cheese gets melty, but the tortilla never really gets crunchy. But it tastes good, and I need to cut the carbs. So I will buy these again.

Great by itself, wonderful with a salad and protein wrapped inside and I also put it in my air fryer and made chips which was great for dipping my favorite chickpea sauce. The price is high, but it seems everything these days are higher in price. Due to the price I only purchase once in a while, but when I do I am satisfied with the product and the meals I can make of them.

These wraps are delicious, I like them better than any other tortilla I have had. Highly recommend!

When you go low carb, you have to adjust to breads merely being vehicles for the stuff you put on them, not delicious taste sensations in themselves. So I look for the most neutral taste I can find. These tortillas are very neutral tasting. Their structure is good and they are very low carb. They can be used for anything you use a high carb tortilla for. That's about all you can ask for in these products. This is definitely one of the best ones.

I have tried every commercially made/recipe for a low carb tortilla and none of them were even close. These are a game changer for me. I could serve these next to a regular flour tortilla and no one would be able to tell the difference. They don't get hard or tough when toasted in a dry pan for certain applications. They are seriously delicious. The only down side is the price so they will be my splurge item. If you are on the fence, don't be. You will not be disappointed.
