This was a gift for a friend that had never used any device like this. She was amazed at lightness and amount of suction better than her large canister.

Easy to use
Very top heavy. Have to remove the motor and store on the lower part of the stick or it will fall over when charging. Also there is an attachment but no place to store it.

What they say about refurbished is true- They are not worth the risk!
I am so dissapointed about this vaccume. Very early on it lost its ability to cut hair from the roller and suck.

Kinda disappointed
This is the first vaccum I've ever gotten and I'm kinda disappointed. When I vaccum going forward it picks up the crumbs or trash etc. but if you go back with it, it literally just spits out anything it just picked up. I don't know if I'm using it wrong. I feel like it just pushes the trash around. The suction isn't as great as I was hoping for :( I would not repurchase.
