Q: Are these slip resistant for restaurant work?

Im on the maintenance world and they be holding pretty good, honestly i don't know how they will work on oily floors ,

Q: Are these waterproof?

NOT WATERPROOF!!!! I ordered the black pair on Amazon Prime Wardrobe just to check them out. I did not keep them but wore them in the house a few days. My PROs - Very light which is a plus for my work, breathable moisture whiscking upper. Quality craftsmanship and reasonable price. My CONS- stiff around the ankles which are also not padded very well. Moisture whisking technology great for sweat but DEFINITELY NOT WATERPROOF! I would purchase these boots for normal personal use but absolutely not for my line of work.

Q: For the "slip resistant" what proof can I give my company to get reimbursement?

All Carhartt footwear is tested for slip resistance and meets or exceeds the performance requirement set forth by ASTM standard F3445-21. All footwear is labeled as slip resistant on the outsole and the ASTM standard is identified on the inside of the shoe.
