Yes, we guarantee our slices for you and include a customer care card with every order so you can easily contact us!

Q: If I stain the wood will it ruin or split?

Thank you for your question! We've had great success in staining our wood slices, as have many customers. After staining, we recommend tilting them together in teepee fashion to dry without warping.

Q: Can these be used for crafts that include wood burning?

Yes they can probably be used for crafts but they are not the best quality. 4 out of the 10 were damaged. 3 had the edges broken off and 1 was cracked thru the middle
