Was dubious as so many of these things on the market and didn’t know if it would work but five mins on the bed with this under my head and I felt so much relief. I also did somehead turns (left and right) whilst on there which gave me a real good stretch in a the right places. So far so good. Very pleased!

I tried this item and followed the on line instructions. Unfortunately it made my neck pain worse so I stopped using after a few tries.

Purchased this for continued neck pain due to the strain by bad posture or having a desk job.It has helped tremendously with the pain relief by realigning your posture when you use and stretching the tightened muscles around your neck.

Save ur money! Probably cost 10p to make and selling for £20. No benefit at all

I got this as I have suffered from a bad back and shoulders for a long time and used to see a chiropractor. This does what the chiropractor used to do and when you get it in the right spot and relax into it it does the job
