[2+64G] Car Radio for Honda CRV 2002 2003 2004 2005 2006, Android 13 Car Stereo Wireless Carplay Android Auto, 9 '' Touch Screen Bluetooth GPS Navi Radio with HiFi WiFi FM RDS Backup Camera Dual USB

I have a new Toyota Camry, so am spoiled by CarPlay. I recently bought a 2003 CRV and bought this as a possible cheap way to get CarPlay on it. Installation is simple. See below. This works almost as good as my factory CarPlay in my Camry. I’m using the Bluetooth connection to my iPhone.1. Remove 2 Phillips screws under the vent bezel.2. Pull the bottom of the bezel towards you. It’s in there tightly. Use the provided plastic pry tool. Once the bottom is out, pull on the top part.3. Remove the connector for the hazard switch . Bezel can be fully removed.4. You will need to remove the clips on the old bezel with a small flat tip or pry tool. There are like 6. Remove the 6 or so screws holding the vents on the old bezel.5. The radio is held in by 4 bolts. Remove those and the connector on back of the radio. Antenna wire also comes off.6. I did not use the camera or harness for that. I did leave the small harness for the camera connected as the pamphlet says it acts as a Bluetooth antenna.7. I did not connect the 2 USB cables as I am using Bluetooth.8. Once you bolt the vents on the radio and push in the hazard switch, you can install the 6 clips on the tabs.9. Connect the hazard switch and the main radio cable along with the antenna to the radio.10. Push the new radio and bezel in place and reinstall the 2 bottom mount screws.This thing works pretty well. I connected my phone to the Bluetooth and the CarPlay screen popped up. I did not use the supplied microphone cable either. Made a call on it and my buddy said I sounded normal. Google maps comes up along with my Pandora and Audible app.The sound quality actually is clear and impressive for what it is. Some reviews for similar units say that Android’s have issues but on iPhones this thing rocks. The controls on the radio bezel actually light up with the headlights on.I’m an electronics tech and former mechanic. This is an easy install. Took me 15 minutes, and that was at night with the car running using a dome lamp.Music sounds like a factory radio, as good as my Camry. I’m an audiophile and can be picky, but I’m impressed.My only complaints would be :They give you too much extra stuff, the wiring for using external USB, the camera, microphone, etc. you really only need the basic stuff.No real included instructions for installing. I’m remedying that here because I honestly think this is a bargain for what you get.It is slightly slower than my factory CarPlay unit, but I’m being picky.You will need a # 2 Phillips screwdriver and a small pocket flat blade to remove the clips.Buy this if you’re on the fence. Btw, I have owned several Alpine CarPlay units and this work better than 400.00 units plus its plug and play.

Worked great for a few months, randomly started lowering volume by itself and is stuck on it. Would not recommend after paying my honda dealer mechanic $200 to install the radio.

Okay so this has totally changed my 2005 crv and brought it to the 21st century! All the bells and whistles work and the best part is that it connects to Android car play through Bluetooth. Some cars you need to plug it into the USB to use car play. It connects automatically and has been absolutely amazing so far. Fits perfectly and looks like OEM.I did have an issue with the mic that was provided and the seller helped me out with trouble shooting. They shipped another mic and it works perfectly!Great price and product. If you want to upgrade your crv must buy plug and play. I'll be upgrading my other crv shortly!

Ok ... pros .... it fits nicely 👌 .... the camera is very good... the sound quality is okay .. there wasn't much attention in the volume department.. you have to turn to 30+ before you start hearing sounds... the on board GPS works it works well enough to get you where you going .. (offline ) even better onlineAnd the steering wheel control works perfectly plug and play .. u just need to program which keys u need ...Cons .... the wireless android auto only works 1 out of ever 50 try...While trying to connect it take over the entire screen.. u keep on having to hit the home button.. worst if u using the maps ..Start up Logos is a no no .. nothing in the file the radio also take awhile to shutdown when u turn off the vehicle.. ( the screen and volume is off but your phone still connected. 😒 so u have to turn off BT if you wants to use your phone immediately.. then turn it back on.. )The volume is from 0 to 63 .. 0 to 30 is pretty much mute .. then u start really hearing from 30 onwards.. which makes no sense to me .. ( you can pre set start up volume. Meaning set the level u see fit when the vehicle starts up ..Comes with 2 USB connector but only. Have space for one (1).. don't have an AUX port . Wish it did ..Bt connectivity kinda annoying some times it works right off the bat . Next time u have to go in menu and select BT.It'd not a fast unit . Quite annoying some times really dont think it's 2GB .. probably 1GB if so much ... no SD card slot ...update customer care reached out to me and offer to replace the unit .. which is awesome. Good customer support says alot .. will update further later on when I get the replacement..

There is no operations manual, so there is no way to figure out how to do different functions of the unit. We can't figure out how to change the settings from kilometers to miles, being we live in the USA. If they had included an operations manual, that was clear to follow, then I would have given a higher score.

Truly upgrades the car and keeps it modern. While the backup camera takes some work, it is definitely a nice feature. Overall, Great Product and totally recommend buying one.

I installed this stereo, and it worked fine for a few weeks, then it started working intermittently. Now it mostly starts with a PIN code, which I setup and enter. Then it's a blank screen, or it goes back to the PIN code. Enter it again, and if I'm lucky, it starts to work. More often it goes to a black screen and becomes unresponsive. Sometimes I can restart the car, and it works, but more often it doesn't work. Now it is outside the return window, so Amazon won't help me, and the company is not available either. This product promises a lot, but delivers almost nothing. It's worst than nothing, because it works sometimes.
