JBCALE-110VA - Auto Feed Soldering Station with ALE250 Iron

Despite the claims of JBC that they had solved feeding issues with the prior model, this is not true. We experienced issues within a few days and contacted JBC directly who advised us they had a software update which would solve the feeding issue. It did not. Our efforts to get it serviceable have been ignored. This is now the 3rd "high end" JBC soldiering station that might as well be a boat anchor. It's worthless. We have learned an expensive lesson. JBC spends money on marketing, but does NOT support products they know are faulty before they release them. If you buy a JBC product you WILL NOT get good service.
