ElecRat Cordless Spin Scrubber, 360 Electric Tub and Tile Scrubber with 3 Replaceable Brush Heads and Extension Handle for Bathroom,Kitchen,Wall,Window, Floor

I am charging this scrubber and have not yet used. Given the positive reviews, I had high expectations. Initial impressions are not very good. I will update once I have used it.1. Box had obviously been opened and there are no instructions (one previous reviewer mentioned need to follow instructions). These facts indicate this is a returned product.2. As to missing instructions. I did not find assembly to be intuitive but think I have figured it out (except for one part no idea what it is).3. This may be an excellent product but it looks to be crudely and cheaply made. On the job use will be needed to understand best method to use.4. The battery is in the long pvc tube (charging port is at end of that tube) so apparently must be connected to the engine to use. If so, there is no hand scrubber feature. The colored piece is the actual engine. Purpose of the wand is unclear. Perhaps to provide a further reach. Even with the wand, it is necessary to stoop to reach the floor. Bottom line, does not seem to be the product for easily scrubbing in tight spaces. With wand, the device is almost four feet long. Without wand, almost two feet. Wonder why such a long battery. Who knows?5. Purpose of each brush? Who knows?6. Red light in the battery (the long pvc piece) probably indicates the battery is charging. Will it turn green when fully charged? Who knows? How long to charge or tell if full charge? Who knows?7. During assembly, it was necessary to force connection between wand and engine. Connection between battery and wand was smooth.8. Connection between brush and engine does not seem to be complete (not a tight fit). Will see how well brushes stay connected when I operate the scrubber.9. As mentioned by other reviewers, speed (torque) seems to be minimal but that may improve upon full charge.10. The box describes this as a "multifunction power scrubber." What is the "multi" feature? Who knows? Perhaps fact there is more than one brush. As to the "power" part, see comment 9.May be a great product but I am keeping all contents and watching the 30 day clock.

It's ok. The box it came in was previously opened and was wrapped up with packing tape. Almost returned for that. Everything was rattling around inside. It also had a charge already so someone used it at some point. We used this to clean stand up shower. Again, it was ok. Need to try on kitchen tile still.

Battery would not charge. Tried three times. When the charge light went out (which is supposed to indicate the unit is charged), and I turned on the machine, it would barely turn the attachment around. This is the second unit I have tried and am returning it, and will NOT try a third time. The first one was shipped in the original box, was a used unit. The box was all torn up, parts were all over the place in the box, have no idea whether all the parts were still in the box or if some had fallen out during shipment, and I sent it back. If you read through the reviews, other people have received the product in the original box, taped up by someone else (so it was used), and arrived in poor condition. I am DONE with Housmile products. Do not recommend at all.

Scrubbing the tub the regular way sucks. I got this spin scrubber and combined it with a battery powered auto sprayer ( and later some of the foaming tub cleaner that you only press and hold to spray) and it cuts the time to clean the tub down to like 5 minutes. Before it would take 20 minutes, was frustrating, and I'd get all sweaty, so I didn't clean it much, now I clean it a lot more. These are just basic cleaning passes of the tub basin, not the walls, but if I wanted to detail everything it'd still take a lot less time.

Warning- The scrubber heads are not replaceable, since, there is no where to buy replacement heads. At least not separately...you have to buy the whole package, again, to get new scrubber heads (that fit with this model).I just don't understand why people manufacture a product, and not give consumers readily available parts/components?Doesn't make sense...but, I guess they want us to live in a throw-away society.The product may be good, but, the scrub heads are so specific, that you cannot replace them with another manufacturer's scrubber heads...

This is more expensive then clorox scrubtastic but seems more poorly made (sharp edges caused me to hurt my finger when changing the head). It has the same heads as the clorox scrubtastic, just get that one.

The first scrubber I received did not work well. I was sent a replacement (free) and this works much better. Does a good job of scrubbing and very easy to use. Much better than getting down on my knees or bending over.

One of the cleaning heads is broken when I received the product!
