Box arrived slighly damaged, but none of the components were harmed. Putting it together was fairly easy and was fully completed in under 30minutes.Driving is smooth, and it can reach top speed quickly and maintains 15mph on hills and bumps. The seat only clamps on, so it can twist or loosen with use. Works perfectly aside from those few errors, which can likely be fixed with creating a screw base where the seat connects to the scooter.

This is the second OKAI Ceetle I have purchased. The first one I purchased over a year ago, and still works amazingly. This one won't even turn on, despite following the set-up instructions diligently. I've reached out to the company for support. Quite disapointing, we've loved the first OKAI scooter we purchased.

I’ve rented and owned many scooters, and I have to say this scooter is the perfect balance of efficiency, comfort and value. The seat is comfortable, and the ride is soft due to its longer wheelbase. The screen is just fine during the daytime. The key to unlock it is awesome. It’s not highly portable - it’s heavy. I recommend it - I get a lot of smiles when people see me riding. Cheers!

Honestly it’s a great product very sturdy, very well build. Everything works great. It’s pretty fast when it comes to the speed. Okai is my first scooter and I’m already in love with it. Thank you for such an awesome style and mobility.

The item arrived defective. Would not power on and made this odd electric buzzing noise. I thought it be simple to just send me replacement from Amazon but they won’t replace this like normally. Just give you a refund if you return it. The company that makes them don’t just replace it either on promise to return the broken one. No they want you to send them email with the Amazon order number and video showing it broken and they get back to you. Their whole process to get a replacement could take up ten business days or longer. You Berger just returning or buying a new one but because this been such a let down for her she does not want to buy another one and so now a I have a upset wife to sad father’s looking forward to all have matching scooters to rice together. They a lot Okai for ruin what was suppose to be some happy memories for us.

I had made a review stating in no conditions could I get to the stated max Mileage and that it was mathematically impossible with the voltage and watts.I was told to contact the company and they were trying to sell me a battery for more than I paid for the scooter.Less than a year later the battery has degraded so bad it died at 1 mile every 10% with a max speed of 12mph. Their store no longer sells the battery, and third parties sell it for WAY more than the scooter on the average sale price (right now it's $385 while a battery is over $400). Customer support is non-existent and then my charger FELL OFF (the plug physically fell off, it always stays on my wall) AND THEY WANTED ME TO BUY THEIR COMPANIES CHARGER FOR $60. if you try to find a matching charger anywhere it's near impossible as they specifically picked a very specific charger (8mm 54v) and I ended up finding on on eBay for $13.Update 2: realized a big reason the battery sucks is they gave me faulty tires, they still havent gotten back to me about this new issue. The reason this goes on sale a lot is because this is barely what is advertised, seller ignores anyone outside of Amazon, do not buy unless you or someone you know can mess with scootersUpdate 3: i sent in a total of 4 inquiries until i gave up and got someone else to do it. All they had to do was answer my inquiries to fix the scooter and now it works nearly as advertised. still awful customer service

I have been riding two years now. It’s been working for me to save time and scoot around nyc, I had tire punctured and fixed at e scooter shop one time, okai had replacement tire I ordered from their customer service. It does its job and saving my life. Thanks bunches. I wish it goes a bit far more battery and faster as an options so I can go around city more longer distances. But city’s limit is supposed to be 25mp. Sturdy and won’t tip over easily like stand up scooter from ding on the street. Battery is removable so i charge at home I won’t carry it around.

It’s great for my daughter. The battery is long range and it’s easy to ride. The key is unreliable and fragile. Rear view mirrors are needed and there are no after market mirrors that fit.

This is the second time I ordered from this seller (Naz), the first one unfortunately has issues with the security of the seat. The company has been helpful with queries and the return process, kudos to them!Fast forward to the arrival of the second Okai Mint Green… love love love the color! I have no issues with the scooter itself, it goes up the 25km/hr with good acceleration. The difference that I found with the regular Okai beetle aside from the size of the battery (mint green one is pro), is that the original can go up to 28km/hr if you are going downhill. It will try to slow you down but it’s still going at 28kph. I wish the pro version would do the same! The pro version goes max 25kph as advertised, it was just my wishful thinking that it will go faster hahaAnyway, I tried 3 different types of escooter and I always go back to my Okai Beetle. This escooter makes me feel the safest, comfiest, and happiest. We sold our second vehicle as this will be my daily drive. And I know at least 3 other people who uses Okai Beetle as their daily. Go get yourself one!!

They send me a DEFECTIVE product and when I tried to RETURN it, they said lie that I have passed my return window, which was NOT TRUE. They told me to contact the manufacturer as THE SELLER can't help. I did that, but the manufacturer send me back to the seller to contact. It's been now 4 months I am struggling to get my refund back. They don't take their product back (As they know the item is DEFCETIVE) also they are not giving my refund back. IT'S A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!

2nd scooter we purchased , customer service was great.I would recommendUpdate: very poor customer support for parts , I don’t recommend you purchase this product.I have tried many times to get a replacement part(rear tire) no results. Very poorUpdate: customer service has stepped up and helped me. They are now very helpfull and sent me a new part at no charge, They are also fulfilling any other issues. It’s very nice that I can count on them now. I will probably buy from them again. Good to see.
