Do these have a split on the inside of the rings with a foam ring inside? I need some solid rubber rings for a project.

They are split inside but do not have a foam ring inside.

Are these solid? Are there any parts to these that come out/off?

These are solid. No moving parts to worry about or break.

Hello, can someone tell me if these float or sink please.

The rings sink in the pool so you can dive to retrieve them!
