Does not necessarily take the pimple away but it does ease the pain and reduce the inflammation. I have also noticed the redness is decreased. I can't use things with salicylic acid normally so this is the best spot treatment I have tried.

It's very effective at reducing inflammation and redness, but it didn't extract the gunk out of my pimples, so I use it for nodules that are painful and don't have a white head. It doesn't irritate the skin.

I like that it’s light and not heavy on the my skin. I apply it every night and immediately find my skin plump and glowing the next morning. I highly recommend it.
