Expensive but cheaply made
Used for the first time at a new client's premises and the bolt holding the arm rest on came off. Upon further inspection, it wasn't long enough to go through the hole and the fixing at the other end is threaded so even if it was long enough, it wouldn't screw in anyway! It's also a total pain to send it back. I recommend getting in touch with Amazon as the £4.75 they say they'll cover to return the chair is not nearly enough.An other down side to the chair is that you can't adjust the seat height. My cheaper chair is far better than this one even though it doesn't look as fancy and doesn't have the wheeled case. Definitely not worth the price tag.

Cheaply made, not worth the price tag
Not the quality I would expect for the price.flimsy in places, the carry bag is so cheaply made I wouldn't trust wheeling it 100 meters.
