The media could not be loaded.  The saying goes “Don’t judge a book by its cover” I almost made a mistake of judging a book by its cover without actually opening the book to see its contents.On searching for sublimation machine I came across this machine but quickly dismissed it after reading the one star review rating given to it by two of its buyers because of their experiences. What struck me while reading the review was that their experiences was not that the machine itself is of bad quality but that there is no clear manual directions on how to operate the machine included with it, so on a second thought I decided to give the machine a try because it looks very solid to me.Knowing that operating it will not be a problem I decided to give it a try, worst case scenario I will return it if it didn’t work as expected, so I made the purchase and waited for the fast prime delivery which came as fast as expected (2 days delivery)Together with a friend of mine we set out to put it to the test, to be honest the operation is much easier than expected (though with the help of a video which simplified how to use it), did the machine deliver as per quality? Absolutely it did. Will I buy it again if I needed a second one? Absolutely! Based on the flexibility and easiness of operation and quality delivery, I’m giving it a 5 star but will update on the longevity of the machine although with everything I’ve seen so far it seem like a solid machine that can last the test of time but time will tell. Sit tight and fasten your seat belt and wait for my update after I must have used it for some time.Like I mentioned above, there is also a video showing and simplifying how to use it and the video helped to make it simple for us as I said, I’m wondering if those complaining of lack of directions on how to use it ever saw the video.UPDATE: I promised to give an update after using the machine for sometime, I still got nothing but commendation for the machine, we have tried printing on different materials and the result is always fantastic, the fun part is that our teenage son watched the video just briefly and went ahead to do a very nice printing on a cup and tee-shirt. Usage is actually much easier. On durability the machine has’t gotten a scratch as at yet. I may update again.

Having a sublimation business, thought it would be nice to have an all in one. This device is to difficult to use, hard to adjust settings, and takes to long. Maybe if you are using it for hard to sublimate items, otherwise better to get a mug or tumbler press.

I've had the machine for several months now and I really like it. The vacuum feature works great for tumblers and mugs. I can't wait to try a plate. Definitely recommend.

It took me a minute to figure it out, but easy to use once you've got the hang of it.

I saw this machine, read the description and thought, “ this is really cool!”. I’ll open the box and start custom printing mugs, and shirts, and water bottles! But, as my headline stated…I should have done more research. I feel really foolish to admit I actually thought the product included everything I needed to maybe print one or two things…you know…like a starter pack. Boy, was I disappointed to find out this thing is pretty useless unless I invest a couple more hundred dollars on a special printer with special ink and special paper! Uhmmm, it quickly became a very expensive novelty toy! So it still sits in the box..I gave it 3 stars only because I feel like this failure was partly my fault for not knowing better what I was getting in to. But the truth is, I don’t have a clue how good or bad the thing works! Not sure if I can still return it, but I think that’s what I’m going to try to do next., as I don’t plan on buying the special printer with the special ink and the special paper anytime soon…. :(

Very disappointed just by opening this . Just got the box and there is only k e small and very poorly manual explaining how this machine works . I tried to fine a website or address in their manual and seems to not have anything. I tried to find videos at you tube or online by typing the name of the machine and nothing. Seems to be nowhere to find anything. Even to open was a little hard to understand how . But as soon as I figure out I will post more comments. I was distracted and didn’t check reviews or videos before buying. Try to search before buying this . I’ll try to post as soon as I learn how to use this

Okay so at first I wasn't going to order this based off the reviews. I'm so glad I did though! The seller has multiple videos online, even on the listing if you scroll you will find them easily! It's a multi machine and is so easy to use once you get the hang of it! It even has a small hand press for garments. I have already sublimated many vacuum sealed cups, glass tumblers, t shirts and make up bags! So much fun and this little bad boy does it all! Sooo glad I got this!

It is a very neat machine that has a lot that you can do with it. You can print clothing, towels and even cups, plates etc.You can print transfers and use the heat press to transfer them onto clothing or you can use the cup holders and also transfer designs onto cups and even set in plates, key chains or whatever and print onto those as well right inside of the machine itself.It is heavy so you wont want to be moving it around, and it is bulky. The heat press is at the bottom and the cord is long so when you are done using it you have to get it back into the machine which is somewhat of a pain. The instructions are not the best, so I had to watch the videos on Amazon that were posted and also did look on You Tube, but they are not for this specific machine but I did see a couple that were close so that I could see how to use the heat press to transfer onto clothing. I guess this will be a learn as you go. Hopefully the company will post more videos on the use of the machine so that people can understand all of the features that it has so that people can make amazing projects.
