We purchased a Goodwater RO system at the end of October 2020 for an ultrasonic humidifier that requires RO water. The system is nice and easy, but the filters do not last very long. We have to keep the TDS count low, and we started out at a TDS level of 8. By the end of December or early January 2021, the TDS count was 159. This level is unacceptable for our humidifying system. Therefore we had to replace the filters after two months of use. This was a big disappointment, especially since they advertise the filters should last two years.

This filter swap couldn’t be easier. I wish the instructions said pressing the reset button was a skin contact/proximity situation. Not feeling the button move, I pressed harder. That told me it wasn’t a tactile button. Making sure my thumb was covering the button allowed the device to reset the filter life calculator. The water tastes great.

I installed this as a replacement.But I can't get it to work.It easy to install. I did what the instructions said .Still can't get it to work.

The filter doesn't work as well as the original ones, they make a thumping noice. Update the company contacted me and help solved the problems . They were very professional
