Phantom Predator Quest Sound Module

Like Extreme Dimension's other chips, this one also sounds canned. Each sound has about a five second sound bit that repetitively keeps playing as a loop over and over again. I used it one weekend and didn't call anything in. Now I think I'm going to sell the entire unit with chips, and find something that works better. I used the original predator chip about a dozen times and also never saw anything come in. It too plays as a repetitive loop. My advice: if the original predator chip works for you, I think the Quest chip does have somewhat more authentic sounds, so perhaps it's worth a try. However, if you're buying your first unit, I'd suggest looking elsewhere and find something that sounds more "real".

I really liked the Phantom Pro Turkey so I decided to buy this Predator sound module. I have only used it once so i cant say its a 5 star rating. I haven't shot a coyote yet using this caller but I was able to elicit howls multiple times during the night and heard one getting close. A friend has one and told me he has killed two yotes using it. I am not an experienced predator hunter so it will take some time to learn how to use the sounds. I think most of the sounds are real but not too sure about the squeak. It is a little tinny. Not sure how it sounds to a Coyote though. The sounds were very clear, even at high volume. Overall I am pleased
