Got these for my cats - excellent locks!
My cats are always getting into cabinets so I got these to keep them out and they work perfectly! Very easy to use and pretty much self explanatory.

Great for temporary childproofing
I purchased these to use at my dad’s and in law’s houses when we visit. They are so easy to install, and you can take them with you when you’re done. I do think they work better on handle ms rather than knobs. There were a few occasions with cabinet knobs that the fastener wasn’t tight enough and my 16 month old was able to slip it off and get into the under sink cabinet in my dad’s kitchen. Luckily I was in the room and stopped him as he opened the door. Two big downsides are (1) that you need a double door cabinet with external knobs/handles to affix this lock and (2) you risk scratching the hardware if your kid jiggles the doors a lot.Full disclosure, we have the magnetic cabinet locks at home. Since we are renters, I used the adhesive mount rather than screwing them into the cabinet bases. This also works for the single door cabinets. My son was able to detach the locks from the kitchen sink by shaking and pulling on the doors a lot. I replaced that one pair of locks with the adhesive strap lock, like I use for the toilet lid, fridge door, and laundry closet. The strap works well and will *allegedly* remove cleanly if you heat it with a hairdryer first.

Best baby proofing product!
I'm blown away by how well these work. I bought them for baby proofing my house when I had my first son and never took them down. They keep my 5 year old out of the cleaning suppliea, medicine, sharp or breakable things in the kitchen... Now I have my 2nd son who just turned one and is into everything and I'm so glad we still have these up. If my 5 year old hasn't figured out how to open them (and he's figured out every other baby proofing item by now), then I k ow my baby will stay out of harms way as well. Huge peace of mind for me! I still ha e all the original ones I bought 5 years ago and just placed and order for another set. I haven't had a single one break, even with daily use on just about all of them. Usually multiple times a day. Just buy them, you will be Thankful you did

Good to great depending on your toddler
These are great and do what they are designed to do which is keep your curious toddler out of your cabinets. They are cheap and hold up well. I can take them off and re lock them in a snap although my mom and wife have issues at times. I don’t think it’s a problem with the locks themselves but instead how the are doing it... so user error in my opinion. The only negative to these and other similar lock styles is that your stuff in the drawer is safe but the doors are probably not. My toddler yanks back and forth on them. Even when they are tight they have a little bit of play in them and he beats them up pretty good. None of my cabinet doors or locks have broken but he does put a good amount of torque on them before I can run over and redirect his attention to something else. In addition my toddler; who is 18 months, already figured out how they work but he lacks the dexterity and finger strength to unlock them for now. I may have to rethink these locks later on but for now they are simple and will do the job. I recommend and would buy again.

Serves the purpose
It serves it purpose. The clips that we grab to get it out of the locked position are very hard to grip and and really small, so it’s hard to remove them even for adults.

I can use it fine, but nobody else seems to be able to
These things are quite secure and useful, but the unlocking/removing mechanism seems to be confounding everyone else I know. They aren't hard to remove once installed, really, but you need to do it right.Do not squeeze or deform the U-shaped piece at all when removing it. You hold it gently, gently squeeze the little release levers on the locking part together, and gently pull either the U-shaped piece or the locking piece away from the other piece. If you try to use brute force to remove it, it will just grip on tighter, which is great for preventing removal by toddlers but seems to confuse adults who are in a hurry or refuse to learn how to open it properly. They are a little bit of a pain to remove and reengage every time you need into a cabinet, but it's better than your kid getting into something they shouldn't. Also, these locks will only work on certain arrangements of cabinet hardware. Large knobs near each other, or C-shaped handles that are near each other.

Works well, can easily misplace the lock for the guard
Used it to lock cabinets and closet doors. Worked very well. Not giving it a 5 star because when you open the guard you are left with the lock in your hand, which you have to find later when you want to relock the door/cabinet. It’s fine if you open the door just to take something out, but if you open the toy closet doors so the kids could play for an hour, you might not remember where you put the lock for the guard. A different version that I used to have, had the lock hang from the guard. You couldn’t disconnect it completely, thus you never had the problem of having to find the second part of the guard to lock it..

Keeps My Cat Out of the Closet!
My cat loved to open the doors to my wardrobe, climb in, and sleep on my clothes. Sometimes, the clothes on top weren’t suitable for sleeping, so he would throw some of them out of the closet to find softer material suitable for a snooze. I love him dearly, but I was sick of having clean clothes already christened with cat hair, or neatly folded clothes thrown on the floor.Although I have no children, here I was, buying child safety locks. Thankfully, due to his lack of opposable thumbs, my cat can’t get into the wardrobe anymore! He still tries occasionally, and he’ll lay outside the doors and pout. The device is simple enough that I don’t mind unlocking/relocking as I get an outfit together or get ready for work. Thanks for solving my problem! In case anyone is worried, my cat happily naps other places, including the couch, the bed, the dining room chairs, his cat tower...

Recommend these, good cost for what you get
The media could not be loaded. Still makes it quick & easy for adults to open & close common used cupboards. Doesn’t scratch up the cupboards too. But you can only child proof so much… the cupboards still slightly open so kid’s fingers can be pinched between the doors & one of them has broken already but it’s still functional

Keep little ones safe
Easy to put on and remove.

Easy to use
Works great 👍. A little bit of an eye sore but much better than having your little one in the cupboards pulling everything out.

Cabinet cupboard door locks
Arrived on time and packaged accordingly. Great value for the money and at the moment keeping our 1 year old gt. grandson out of our kitchen cupboards but I’m not sure for how long. 👍🥴

Measure the distance between your cupboard handles before purchase.
I purchased a pack of 4 to keep 2 year old grandson out of fridge and adjoining cupboard. I failed to notice before ordering that the maximum distance between the handles should be 5 inches. When they arrived I was disappointed that they did not fit as the distance was slightly over 5 inches. However with the use of a strong file I was able to "adjust" the locks to fit.
