I wanted to get an abs stimulator having read a article which confirmed they actually work. There are loads to choose from so I went for this one as it had good reviews and was the cheapest. It is really easy to use although the instruction booklet doesn’t give a lot of info. (I took a screen shot of the Amazon page showing the program settings!) Very good value and so far it is working fine.

I may be the minority that this did not work for, and I wish I could've come back to give a lovely review like others but unfortunately, this product did not work for me nor make any difference.

The product stopped working only after 3rd use. I would only use it 10 minutes at a time. The abdominal set is weak and too small to cover the abdomen with its contracting area small, only focusing on the centre without much effect on the lateral sections. I would not recommend this product. Unfortunately I’ve missed the return date by 2 days otherwise I would have returned the item.

It was working very well but got new pads and I do not know but it stopped charging the pads up but in the near future tendon getting an upgrade

I have tried couple of different products and this one is ok regarding comfort and ease of use. Entry level regarding the power.

I've mostly used this for abs and for the area at the base of my neck on my back. For my abs i'm mostly using it while I'm sitting at the desk, working, as a bonus to my actual workouts outside of work- this works great, and you genuinely can feel that your abs have worked when you get up. For my neck, though, it's excellent. I work very long hours and have always felt tight on the back of my neck and back when i finish the day, no matter how much care i try and take over my posture. 15 mins of this stimulator on the base of the neck when i'm starting to feel works wonders though, loosening the muscles up nicely. Recommend.

The product is easy to use and sticks well to the body. The little muscle stimulators clip onto the gel pads and there are different settings for different areas you want to work on. Good value for money. No wires, they charge by USB.

It work allright, but the problem for me are those sticky pads. They do not stick to skin. Even if they are new. Skin need to be dry. So for me that's disadvantage.
