The LSTA's Complete Credit Agreement Guide, Second Edition

This book has been an incredible asset as a cheat sheet to my job, which is a portfolio/UW manager within senior credit facilities...it has been extremely valuable in our fast pace environment.

I find this Guide to be a great introduction to credit documentation generally. It provides explanations of key provisions that are hard to find elsewhere.

If you work in syndicated lending, this is required reading.

Delivered on time and in perfect condition (New). I needed a quick reference book, and settled on this one. I think I made a pretty good choice - covers everything I need.

This is a tremendous piece of material on the subject. The level of depth and detail is worth to mention and also written in a very enjoyable (and, sometimes, funny) way. Definitely you must read this book if you are somehow related to the industry.
